The deadline: For online submissions, please submit your nomination with all necessary attachments by 6 pm on January 31st. You will receive an invoice by 7 pm that must be paid upon receipt to be considered on time. Invoices not paid on January 31st will be considered late and a late fee invoice will be sent out on February 1st.

For combining: In the event multiple forms must be submitted, contact Katie Lauer via Facebook, email (caitlynlauer@yahoo.com), or phone (859-444-0204) to notify her. Forms can be combined and one invoice will be sent out. This also includes if you would like to bundle your nomination with another member and receive one invoice.

*For a stallion to be considered standing in Kentucky the stallion must be living in Kentucky 30 days prior to
nomination. Out of state stallions must ship to a Kentucky resident mare. Mare must be bred in Kentucky.

Annual renewal- standing in KY per horse R-KY) $25.00
Annual renewal- standing outside KY per horse (R-O) $105.00

Horse Nomination
Eligible horses must be registered with the Arabian Horse Association as Arabian, Half Arabian, or Anglo
Arabian and be bred (conceived) and foaled in Kentucky. Copy of registration paper for each horse must
be included with application form.

One time Original Nomination Fee per horse for $10

Designated Division or divisions. (Distance Riding – D, Show – S) $25 per horse per division

Production Class Fee $25 per horse
(To be eligible to participate in Production Classes, horse must be 3 or under and pay an additional fee

For Kentucky Sire Nominated a Stallion Verification Form must be completed and submitted for
Standing in Kentucky. (See website for form.)

Horses born 2013 and later: Must complete a “Verification of Kentucky Foaling” form. This form is to
be submitted at the time of foal nomination. The verification form will confirm that the birth of each
KAHABA eligible foal occurred within the state of Kentucky out of an eligible mare.
